Sapori di casa Giuliano is small Family artisan buscuit bakery. It was born to revive the forgotten flavors of the Campania tradition, a "generous" territory rich in high quality ingredients. We are passionate to care the expierience of our consumer, always oriented to a more healthy diet, we propose the rediscovery of this authentic simplicity of ancient flavors. The absolute respect for the recipes handed down by our ancestors, the accurate selection of each raw material and the craftsmanship methods, allow us to obtain products of excellence and quality.

The selection of quality.

Lemon

The name of the variety 'Sfusato Amalfitano' contains two important characteristics: the tapered shape of the fruit, hence the term "sfusato" and the area from which it grew over time to differentiate: the Amalfi Coast.

"Tonda di Giffoni" hazelnut

The main ingredient in our own produced hazelnut, the variety "Tonda di Giffoni". This is characterized by its rounded shape and aromatic flavor.

"Sorrento Blonde" Orange

Its typical characteristics are highlighted by the particular production technique, still today linked to the cultivation of plants in the form of "stick raiilng", that are placed on wooden supports to cover and protect the plants from the cold. That allows to obtain a particularly valuable fruit.
